Niagara Falls – connecting Ontario, Canada and New York, USA is made up for 3 waterfalls.
– Horseshoe Falls
– American Falls & Bridal Veil Falls
Niagara Falls was created approximately 1000 years ago with glacier activity. Niagara falls produces the highest flow rate of any waterfall on earth. Every time I visit Niagara Falls, I feel a bit nostalgic. Every time someone visited us from anywhere, we would take them to the falls, have a picnic, walk around, watch the fireworks, and have the most wonderful time.
A few of my favorite things to enjoy in Niagara Falls are:
– Walk around by the falls
– Walk on Clifton Hill
– Ride the Ferris Wheel
– Lunch at Queen Victoria Place Restaurant (finger licking burgers)
– Dinner at Antica Pizzeria & Ristorante
– Stay at Embassy Suites, Hilton, Marriott or any hotel that provides a falls-view room
(it makes a difference!)
Other fun activities:
– Journey Behind The Falls
– Hornblower Niagara Cruises
– Zipline to the falls
– Whirlpool Adventure Course
– Primal Swing
– Bungy Jump
– Skylon Tower
– Plan a day trip to Niagara-on-the-lake
So much to do! Such little time!!
Have you tried any of the above activities? Which is your favorite?
Have fun this summer!!

The sky is blue, the sun is shinning, the birds are chirping and flowers are blooming!! Spring is almost here! This weekend I stored away all of my winter boots (is it too early?!). Well, I did it anyway. I am so excited to wear my spring flats, and colorful pumps. Every year, at the end of winter, I clean my boots and store them back in their boxes so they are maintained properly. Here are the steps I follow:
I love a classic perfectly fitted dress. I saw this dress at Banana Republic (Surprise!! I think 90% of my wardrobe is from Banana Republic), and I couldn’t resist it. The color is perfect for fall & winter vibes, but the long zipper in the back is the main reason for this purchase. It definitely spices up the dress. I usually pair this dress with a cream/gold beaded necklace, and patterned stockings. You can add a pair of booties/boots for winter, but I wore these gold shoes to tie in the whole outfit.
Sweaters: I highly recommend open front cardigans from Old Navy. I own a few and they’re super comfortable. In terms of sweaters, the ruffle red is super cute for the holidays. Banana Republic’s clothing quality is exceptional. Cable knit sweaters from Gap are some of my favorites. I also own this color block sweater from Suzy Shier. It’s super comfortable!! I wore it with leggings, and over the knee boots.
Wearing all black? Add leopard shoes!!
Wearing a plain outfit? Add a leopard scarf!!
Wearing a red dress? Add a leopard clutch!!
Wearing jeans and a sweater? Add leopard boots!!
JUST ADD LEOPARD!!
Velvet & Sateen is all fall vibes!! This BANANA REPUBLIC shirt-dress is the softest material and the perfect length with a beautiful waist tie. It’s a neutral color, so it can be paired with all colors of shoes. It’s also great as a coverup over jeans and a tank!!
Roasted Orange, Hunger Green, Bright Merlot & Mustard Yellow are only some of the fall colors I see around in the city!! These beautiful colors were my inspiration for this outfit!! I love wearing both roasted orange & hunter green, not together, separately! This time I decided to try something new and go a little out of my comfort zone!
