I love pasta! Boil pasta, cut some veggies, add sauce, and sprinkle cheese! Voila! You’re done! However, I’m always told it’s not the healthiest option (boohoo!). So my sister (she’s the real chef) introduced me to SPAGHETTI SQUASH!!
Here’s a quick recipe:
Usually my lunch is pre-planned, but some days I run out of ideas and on those days I turn to TUNA. It’s light, healthy, and filling. Here’s a quick Tuna Melt recipe that I love. Thank you to my sister for the Idea!!
We went to visit our cousins, and they served us cauliflower Bites. Super delicious! So, I asked for the recipe, but of course we were all having too much fun and didn’t write it down.
